You know who is pretty happy that this case ended in a mistrial? Andy Pettitte. Imagine him having to testify aganist his best friend and former teammate. That hole being burned into his chest won't be in his mind it will be comeing from Roger Clemes from across the room.
This prosecutor does not listen well becuase he used evidence the judge already told him he couldn't use.
Barry Bonds is probably thinking why the guys prosecuting him couldn't have made this mistake?
